Def don’t feel like tutoring 15 students tomorrow (going over metabolism, electrolytes, and some Endocrine) reinforce some old material and introduce some new material for Monday’s class ….
Finally got my letter of recommendation by my Anatomy prof Dr.D , now to send the applications tomorrow >=] med school
My top 3 choices for med school …
Johns Hopkins School of Medicine
University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey –Robert Wood Johnson Medical School
Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons
My areas that I’m most comfortable in would include (random order) #1 Endocrine system #2 blood #3 lymphatic system #4 reproduction system #5 bones #6 neurons #7 muscles / joints/ ligaments #8 cardiac #9 respiratory and #10 circulatory … Sad part that there is about 100 other things that I haven’t learned or even know about that exist. Learning everything is impossible that’s why they have specialist doctor’s that master one thing. I have yet to figure out what I want to go to med school for, but I do know I want to go. So that’s a start I guess
The only thing I’m focused on from here to summer time is on the M-cats. I’ve officially made my mind to take the exam and see how it goes. The M-cats is very intimidating and scary to me I’m not sure if I would be able to handle the pressure but I’m going to study my ass till then with 3 hrs of studying a night. Hopefully all goes well and I can start a new future as an upcoming doctor. ¥¥ crossing my fingers till then ” hope for the best but expect the worst”
